Dealing with tantrums of your spouse
My husband usually throw tantrums on me if he go through certain things. Eating large meals and drinking caffeine before bedtime Not sleeping in a dark, quiet room Not removing electronic devices, such as televisions, computers, and phones from the bedroom Not trying to fall asleep and wake up at the same time every day, including at weekends No regular exercise I feel difficult to manage him at times when he is hungry, tired, frustrated or drowsy. He behaves in different versions each time. I also face his Temper tantrums which are violent emotional outbursts, usually in response to frustration. Ignoring can help you reduce your husband's misbehavior. By giving your husband attention during tantrums, you may accidentally reward the behavior and increase the chance it will happen again.
